Absolutely 2nd to non-service..
I used this company as I broke my laptop so I took it over to Ben the PC doctor and within just a few days it was totally repaired. I received lots of messages and phone calls to tell me how the repair was going and what route I wanted to go down for the repair job. I was honestly thinking it was going to be a case of sorry mate it’s broke but We can sell you another one, but no, they went above and beyond repairing my laptop. Thank you so much to all involved. Will definitely use you if I ever need help again…

Incredible service. Easy communication, easy local drop off which was very organised. Great communication and turnaround time. The computer was fixed in a short time period and the price of repair was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them again and recommending to all of my friends and family. Very happy with the service. My computer wouldn't turn on or charge. Although my PC couldn't be completely fixed without replacing the motherboard, they still managed to get it working as long as the laptop is plugged in which at least allows me to recover all of my files and still use the laptop at home, buying some time before replacing it. They only charged £40 for the labour which was less than half the price I was quoted at Curry's just to recover the files. Thank-you Charlie and Malcom.

Charlie at Ben the PC Doctor is fantastic. I'd made a mess of my laptop, setting up all sorts of things wrong and it was grinding to a halt. Charlie sorted it in a single visit, improved the security and found duplicate subscriptions which, when I canceled them, pretty much covered the call-out charge! Highly recommend him for an domestic or small business IT needs.

Absolutely smashed it.... my gaming PC was 10 times better after Charlie did his magic on it... Great service... kept me updated and was glad to help with all my questions..Charlie even sold me a better PSU and tidied my dyer attempt at cable management. . lovely family business... everyone involved was great, they even were kind enough to drop my pc back even though I was a little bit out of range.. ....definitely using again...
