Guy at the counter was decent. However the service was sooo bad! I went here to get my laptop fixed on a Wednesday they told me they could do it by Thursday. When Thursday came they said there is something else wrong so had to get that fixed too at an extra cost. They said it would be done my Friday now. Friday came, no update from them I had to call up and they said it’s better to pick it up Saturday. They said it would be done by that afternoon and offered a delivery service, and said they would contact me for my address after the call. Saturday came and I still hadn’t been contacted and I waited until 5pm.

So I drove there myself to pick it up, as they said it definitely would have been done by afternoon. I Got there now, opened my laptop and parts of the keyboard was damaged!! I mentioned this to the guy and he said that they didn’t have the right key letters that fitted to my mac , so used the keys from a different Mac book, and clearly had to force a few in. And a whole load of other bs excuses that just didn’t make sense. We was going back and forth for abit and he tried to still charge me the same price? After they just damaged my keyboard? I couldn’t leave my laptop there for any longer , as I had deadlines due.

SIDE NOTE *I have been using my laptop and have also noticed some of the keys I have to press more than once for it to work properly* .

Continuing from before, he said that he would contact me and again offered a collection as well delivery service, so I wouldn’t have to come back in to give my laptop. it’s been 1 week and I still haven’t had any update or been contacted! I shouldn’t have to chase them for THEIR mistakes. Anyways, super disappointed and I wish I never went to them. Get your laptop fixed with apple as they are more legit.

Power and volume buttons had stopped working after dropping the phone - thought it might not be fixable, but took the phone in at lunchtime and it was mended by the end of the day. Prices pretty reasonable too for diagnostics & repair (£65). Staff very helpful.
