Kev is a great person to know if you have any questions or issues with tech. He has decades of experience and has such a warm and helpful personality. “I had an excellent experience with Technician. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue with my laptop, but they were also incredibly honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn’t. Luckily there was no problem with the laptop. There was a problem in charging cable due to which it was not charging properly .They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy in this field. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and honest computer repair services!”

Excellent service. Kev said to bring my pc in, I did, I explained my [big] problem, he looked at it and fixed it.

Whilst at his premises I noticed he sold PCs and I was in the market for an upgrade. I already had instant trust in the man, he answered all my queries and he transferred all the data I wanted transferring from my old PC to my new PC...no charge.

How fortunate I was to stumble across Kev and Bettabytz.

Excellent service- affordable repair, fast, friendly and understanding. My Nottingham Teaching College registered charity, developed fault on my Dell Latitude £2K 2 in 1 lap top. - Very slow on booting up and downloading- i7, 16Gb Ram, ITB SSD harddrive. As it was just over the gurantee, Dell were not helpful. Our IT person run all the diognostic check as listed on Dell support service and many armchair experts on you tube, problem still existed; even to extent uninstalling and installing MS Office 2021. we Spent over 40 hours fixing this problem. Got no where. Frustrated! So much for wonderful £2000 Dell laptop.
I than contacted Kevin of Bettabyz computers. I explained the situation and took the machine to him. He fixed the problem within less than 24 hours, and he only charged £60. I am delighted, happy with the excellent professional and friendly service.
I now adviced all my learners about this company if they ever want to purchase or repair PC/laptop/monitor, use this company.

I took my old computer in for advice on what could be done to upgrade the hard drive and enable Windows 11. Possible approaches and costs were discussed fairly and a plan agreed. An unexpected wiring problem was hit and we agreed over the phone how to fix it. All this done and computer returned within 24 hours. Excellent and friendly service I would recommend to anyone.
