Contacted Bews about a new tumble drier, and receive helpful and courteous advice and guidance. Calling back later the same day to place an order, was delighted to find out that delivery and installation would be possible later in the day.
The overall service received was excellent. The inclusive price for delivery, installation and disposal of the old machine was very competitive.

Would definitely use again - the engineer was very knowledgeable on why our dishwasher had likely failed, what our options were and the differences between the different models if we opted to replace it. The replacement was a fair price and great service / deal with the fitting. Highly recommended - the whole process inc. phone calls felt like the old-fashioned personal service you used to get, before all the big electrical warehouses

Very quick reaction to my problem. My dishwasher beyoond economic repair. Bews quickly diagnosed problem and supplied and fitted replacement. Friendly and proffesional service.

Update - was very impressed before, so bought my hob from them as well. This one took a couple of weeks to come but they had warned me about this beforehand . As soon as it was in their recommended guy, Ray Woodman came and fitted it the next day including removingthe old gas one. Top class service again

Since using Bews to repair an old machine many years ago, we've continued to use, and have purchased 4 appliances from them.
They arrive when they say they'll arrive. They're friendly, knowledgeable staff, they install the appliance and take away the old one, but the difference is that they'll also take you through setup & demo the machine for you and answer any questions. So it's not like many companies that drop the unit at your door, or even those who just put it in place. They know the products they're installing, they have to, they're not just a delivery outfit, they're appliance specialists.

Fantastic customer service! We have a bespoke kitchen cabinet with doors built for a freestanding (Bosch) washing machine. The new Bosch washing machine protrudes slightly more than the old one due to a more pronounced door on the machine. Consequently the cabinet doors would not close properly. The Bews engineer spent about 2 hours adjusting the feet to match the slightly uneven floor and pulling the new machine in and out. Eventually he got it to almost fit, so you hardly notice the doors don't quite close flush with the cabinet. I guess any of the large on-line retailers fitters would have just walked away and said it was my problem. Which is of course the major benefit of using a local company with a reputation as good as Bews.
