This shop is a blessing to Norwich ,the staff were amazing kind and helpful with the issues I had with my custom built e bike.

NO OTHER SHOP IN THE WHOLE OF NORWICH WOULD EVEN LOOK AT LOOK AT MY BIKE!!

If You have an e bike this is the only place You should take it to,
I own a very unique complicated bike yet their skills proved themselves since my ownership of my bike it has never rode to flawlessly

Suffered a pretty bad mechanical issue that threatened to knock me out of a race I was in and after a few other bike shops I found these guys who had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes! I was back in action!

Came in today unannounced, wasn’t expecting the staff to fix any issues for me as I didn’t book in however they took the bike in and fixed all the issues I had and more. Super friendly and fast service! Cheap enough too! Many thanks bicycle links!

It can´t get better than this. The staff is competent, really friendly and gives u the best price (they even fixed more than I had payed for). Definetly the best shop in Norwich if you want to have your bike repaired. They also have great social programme with different actions to support refugees or children with free bikes. Check by and support those lovely people.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Cycle Links (Specifically George).
I went in a few weeks ago with this frame and a few spare parts. George was incredibly helpful and clear with what we could do and achieve with the bike and the results speak for themselves in the photo. Couldn't be happier!
