Wonderfully polite, honest price and overall great service. Took my Brompton in as I refuse to pay the prices Brompton charges for a service. Riding out of the shop, everything felt notably tighter and more secure and the new chain made a great improvement
to the sound of the bike. The full clean was the icing on the cake. Will be back. A great local bike shop for those in the Acton/Askew/Sheppards Bush area.

When I finished at the gym this morning I walked out to find my rear tyre completely flat (punctured). Looked up the nearest repair shops and saw this one. Was a bit wary given that there are a very small number of negative reviews. However, when I attended I remembered that I had been once before. As last time, they did a fantastic job. In addition to the puncture they pointed out that I had 3 broken spokes that I was unaware of and that repeat punctures are more likely because my rear wheel is worn and could do with replacing in the near future. I was charged £35 for repairing the puncture and replacing the spokes - a fair price in my opinion. I opted to go home while the work was being done but they took the bike from me and started work on it immediately and had it ready in an hour. They were perfectly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't deny the experience of others but, in mine, people should feel confident about using this great shop.

Both my partner and I have taken our bikes to this shop a few times now for routine maintenance. The repair man has always given us fast, professional service at very fair prices. I've gone to other bike shops that have extortionate pricing and they take a week or more to get my bike back, and there's usually something they miss or they try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. I've never felt pressured to pay for more than what I need at this shop. I've always gotten my bike back clean as well, even just for quick derailleur adjustments. This little shop proves how misleading fancy store fronts and in-store cafes can be. He genuinely cares about the bikes and making sure we're road safe.

I went in to have my tyres changed. Sadly the owner was particularly condescending - maybe it was not a great day for him as he just mentioned he hadn't had clients for a while, but he was unhelpful and unprofessional. He said that their servicing for 50£ is the cheapest in London (a shop down the road does it for 40...) and then started touching random parts of the bike, coming up with a 110£ price for a number of not requested adjustments. When I told him this was more than the price I paid for the whole bike, he went into the back of the shop without saying anything...and never came back 😂 that was hilarious - sorry if it was a bad day, but don't take it on the customers as in principle this would make an amazing local shop!

Decent job on the bike, fast service a few quid dearer than Halfords but the service makes up for the extra spent on repair. Also accepts card payments

This is such a good shop and Lucian is an excellent mechanic. He has just done an amazing job rebuilding my favourite old road bike which had sat in the shed for years using entirely second hand parts. It's like having a brand new bike for a fraction of the price.
