Phil has a very friendly approach and i felt confident in leaving my laptop with him for repair. I had unfortunately continued to use my laptop with a broken hinge and back plate. Phil was very professional and assessed the problem swiftly and found new replacements for the laptop.

Phil is a unique person - a small business like no other. Phil has been sorting out IT problems for over 50 years and there is hardly anything he does not know. On the odd occasion when he needs assistance he has all the right contacts in Microsoft and Apple to fix things quickly. With Phil time is expandable - if you have a problem he will work for as long into the evening as it takes to fix it. Great service, fair price, fantastic character - great fun to talk to.
