Booked in bike the same day. They adjusted my misaligned front derailleur and it was ready within an hour of dropping it off. Reasonable cost for this repair (£15). Great shop and knowledgeable staff.

My gears died on Tottenham Court Road and I was freaking out how much getting it fixed in EC1 would cost but I was pleasantly surprised. I was there first thing in the morning before the guy could even get in the door and have his coffee but he was very helpful.

Job was done same day bang on quote. Checking the parts on the itemised bill and they were well priced against market.

Extremely rude. I can see the other reviewers also had a bad experience in many cases. Whenever we did puncture repairs it would be damaged within days.So we bought new tyres, that did not last. Continual drain on time and money. Trying to find somewhere else now.

I didn't have my repair kit with me and I went in for a puncture repair. £25 is an extortionate price for the service even for central London!

Went in with an inflatable car seat (!) that wouldn’t inflate and meant we couldn’t travel. They kindly found a faulty valve and fixed it for me for no charge, so my daughter could make it to her grandparent’s in time for Christmas. Thank you!

I ordered a customized bike with delivery to Portugal and they did a great job. After several conversations about what kind of bike I would like to have, they sent me pictures with the result and then disassembled the bike so it could be packed and send to me. It arrived fast and in the perfect state. They even helped me with assembling it via Skype. The bike is prettier than in the pictures, works perfectly and I’m in love with it!
