What a great experience I have had with BP Rolls. My van was involved in a accident on the A303 just by the slip road for Andover. The great level of care to my van by all concerned was 1st class. Since the front end was totally rebuilt on my van, I have had BP Rolls to put a bullbar on my vehicle too. I would recommend this Company to anyone who wants a top quality job done to their vehicle by true professionals. I just can't thankyou enough.

Excellent customer service, even when I turned up early at 06.50 to collect a hgv trailer. paperwork all sorted and on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the team at BP Rolls Automotive. For the last couple of years they've been helping keep our old car on the road when I'm sure other businesses would have directed it to the scrap yard. They've done that with a willingness to think out-of-the-box, a keen price for their work and above all, excellent customer service. I can't praise them highly enough and I'm delighted to have found a company on whom I can rely. They fully deserve a 5* rating.

Surely no one is insured from making mistakes as some reviews here suggest, but my experience with BP Rolls has so far been very positive. They had been recommended by a friend, who is a mechanic himself, he said they pay attention to detail, and I tend to agree. Perhaps, not be the cheapest garage in the area, but every time I service my car with them, I notice the difference: the brakes are tighter, the engine runs smoother etc, just as you would expect from a good place. Also, although they are not cheap, they don't seem to try to charge unnecessary extras, you only pay for what's been done.

Recently started using BP rolls after reading good reviews. Have taken two of our vehicles to Them now and they have been fantastic. Always friendly and professional ( Sara jane was very helpful And friendly on the phone) staff always courteous and service excellent. Wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. My car was wonderfully clean and smelt fab when returned . Thank you .

Just received our car back today great service the lady in the office called Gemma really friendly and polite will go out of her way. The car has come back and you wouldn't have thought that it had been in an accident the guys have done an excellent job I can't thank you enough. They even managed to get are car back in time so we could go on a holiday. Thank you from the bottom of my heart excellent service I will be recommending you everywhere.

Had my truck repaired here and got them to do some additional work.
I am very happy with the repair work they had done for the insurance company but far from happy with the private work I had done whilst they had it i.e. all the mirrors colour coded they missed one.
Several scratches to be painted which they missed all of them.
A repair to the rear mudguard not done but charged for.
Wing tops painted which I didn't want done as I drop and pick up trailers everyday.
The mirror glass was broken by them and charged me for it.
I've phoned several times emailed as well informing them of my dissatisfaction but no one has replied.
It seems that once you pay for the work they don't care.

Fast and Reliable. The gentleman who took my call to book an MOT was super efficient and happily booked it on the day I requested. I have my car serviced with them and so far so good. Couldn't be happier. Have had no problems with my car. Happy to recommend.
