Karen is an absolute super star! If you need any help or want to know where anything is Karen is the go to person! I previously left a review stating how bad the customer service was and how unwilling the staff are to help but whenever I go in I will just look for Karen. She is a true credit to the store! Thank you Karen!

Been twice in the past week purely for how helpful Dale was in the garden centre part!!!! I’m not very green fingered and I’m trying to improve the garden of my pub. He was so friendly and knowledgable with what was best to use, the space it would need to grow etc…..we came back a second time!!! Absolute credit to B&Q. Thank you Dale for all of your help.

This store is not large and therefore the product range is not as extensive as you might hope. However, we had the pleasure of being served by a lady in the bathroom/kitchen showroom area today whilst choosing a sink tap for our kitchen. Honestly, we could not fault the customer service (I am only sorry we didn't get her name so as to mention her specifically here). This type of service is what the country needs.

Popped in to get some winter bedding plants for our school. Dale in the garden centre provided excellent, cheery service. All the plants were in good condition (well watered) and reasonable prices. Would recommend!

A smaller B and Q store, which lacks some of the variety of stock at larger stores. This is not inherently a problem for quick visits, but you should get in the habit of checking stock availability on the website if you are looking for a specific product.
The signage in the store could be improved, and better consideration needs to be given to some of the "end of aisle" type products - these are often not in intuitive locations, and upon asking for help whilst the staff are friendly and personable (and knowledgeable about the products themselves), they too struggle to find some items.

Always willing to help, especially with the big compost bags, onto trolley into car. Knowledgeable team, know where the stock is & if not how to use the gadget to find it.
