Bought a 6ft (1.80m) Christmas tree on the 22nd of December. I said to the guys at the self check out that the price is wrong and that I should pay less, but they said no and that the price is £70. I got home just to see on the bottom of the box that it was, in fact £45 because it had some damage. Meanwhile, I've been sick and been away with my family. I went with the receipt on the 3rd to claim the £25. One of the 3 men who was "handling" the problem was smiling sarcastic at me and another guy of colour (with American accent if I'm not wrong) was extremely rude and questioning me what did I do from the 22nd until the 3rd. I should have called the police for the way they talked. All 3 men asked me to come with the tree because the receipt wasn't enough. So I have to pay for cabs to go back and pick up the 6-foot tree and come back to the shop to get the £25. So I have to waste a lot of time and money for the employees' mistakes. A lot of distress. I will complain as far as possible for all this. I'll definitely return the product and never buy from this shop again. I do not recommend this shop. I must mention that while I was there, loads of customers were coming for different claims and complaints.

Most useless b&q I’ve ever visited, no staff on the floor they seem to be too poor to hire anyone to help, lady at the refund desk with red hair is the most annoying rude and patronising lady to ever deal with. Worst store

I had a few issues with returning items at B & Q Acton for a kitchen that I had spent £3k. But I am happy to say that Emily Salmon was simply amazing helpful and resolved my refund with HQ. An amazing person being so helpful and polite, keep up the good work

I shopped at B&Q today and Teni was a massive help.. he’s only been there for 3 weeks but he knows the store inside out.. practically feels like he’s worked there 5 years! He was a huge help and got me everything i needed in quick succession which was 17 items!

Found everything I needed and some plants which I’ve been looking for since 2020. Dwarf fruit trees. So I bought an apple and a pair. A beautiful rosemary plant too. It’s nice to see all the flowers in the garden section. Everything was clean in store and the staff were friendly too. There’s always room in the car park and we also noticed they have a key cutting machine which could be handy in the future. All in all a good visit.
