The staff in the Decor Department – Maya, Jenna, and their Manager Jenny – went above and beyond to assist me. They were instrumental in helping perfect my paint project, offering valuable advice and ensuring I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly approach made my shopping experience truly exceptional. Visited the store today to purchase some items of the value of around £40, I’ve previously been there 3 other occasions in the last two weeks and used my trade account which was set up a few years ago. The first second and third time there was no problem they simply asked for my details, no problem however today for some reason the lady on the check out said I need ID to prove it’s me to complete my transaction of £40. I explained I have been in over the last number of weeks and this hasn’t been the case I also said I can show her my passport driving licence and bank card on my phone as I keep a record and again explained this hasn’t been the case the other visits. I would have thought in the circumstances there wouldn’t be a problem as why would I turn up without this other wise. She walked away clearly frustrated and got the manager Jenny. She of course now shadowed the decision of the lady on the trade check out explaining to me how her daughter could easily fraud documents and take pictures so implying I guess thats what I have done. A master plan to run £40 worth of goods in a trade account I happen to know the details for and have multiple photo IDs on my phone. I’d like to add they where not items of danger, a waste pipe and light fitting. No chain saws. I would of also appreciated maybe pulling me to one side not addressing my issue in front of other customers, pretty humiliating if I’m honest as it was delt with cold like the Complementary coffee that’s never filled well the last 3 times wasn’t. I even got the classic 2015 complaints technique or “sorry you feel that way” very out of touch. If this is your Procedure I ask you to enforce it 100%. And focus on some basic customer service

Hi i am a trade customer of b&q. i bought a kitchen from b&q. Today in the morning i went to pick up my c&c order with my two colleagues which i ordered last week and they took 2 hours to get the order ready which really wasted our time! upon asking why it was taking so long. first sarah spoke rudely and after that another worker by the name saif was being really rude with me. I am Not happy with their service and their behaviour

I am very disappointed to share with you my problem. I bought my kitchen and bathroom from B&Q Belvedere in June and we make a contract a fixed kitchen.
The b&q planner Tracy planned our kitchen. They delivered all stuff in July at our home, and builder start to fix kitchen at the end of July. But due to some technical issues there was a delay after they said they will build our kitchen in October. The original kitchen fitter provided by B&Q went holiday which delayed installation further. We moved house in end of August, after much frustration and displeasure of installation dates kept prolonging and having many arguments with our kitchen designer, they arranged for an emergency builder from Charlton whos name was alias.
He was coming in my house start to fit kitchen but when he took the stuff like all cabinet and doors were damaged with water, reason is the storage was leaking, we kept the stuff for nearly 2 months. After these were replaced. Then I released b&q send to many wrong stuff. we are really fed up and replaced main worktop. Installtion took 3 weeks to our displeasure and then we noticed we had received the wrong fan.

But now have another issue that yesterday the wall kitchen cabinets fell down when my wife was cooking food, cabinets fall on to her hands. My young child of 2 years old narrowly avoided being struck by the falling cabinet.

Visited the store to get an ironing board that I have checked online and it was available at the store. I approached Zoe who was at the customer service desk. I asked her to show me which aisle it was. Zoe said they don’t sell ironing board but only ironing board covers. I told her that I have checked online and that it is available, then she said she has never seen an ironing board in the store, they don’t sell it. She was very unhelpful and her attitude was that I was bothering her. I said I have just checked online and it is available. Zoe said it is only available on click and collect. I insisted that I checked and it is correct. She then checked the system and pointed me to an aisle without an apology for misleading me. I asked to her to lead me to the aisle where it is located. She refused and said she will get someone to come and show me. The whole shopping experience was terrible. How can we have someone working in retail with very bad attitude and abysmal ignorance of what you sell in the store. Very rude and disrespectful. Disgusting, I am sure I am not the first who has complained about the Zoe. There is another Zoe in the store, who is elderly and very polite. This Zoe is young and very rude. A shame to the image of B&Q. I returned my product and chose to shop in another non B&Q shop

Every time it rains the car park and the pathway gets flooded. Over four inches. If you’re in the store you can’t get out without getting your feet wet and you can’t even park near the shop as all the car park floods and if you walk you might as well turn around.the staff and management don’t care and lots of elderly people can’t do their shopping at Asda
I’ve lost the amount of times I had to drive to wicks Because of this.

23.08.24 8:30am , great store friendly and helpful staff , I came in with a scrap of paper full of wood pieces I needed cut the guy was brilliant helped me pick the right wood for the job - helped me load onto the trolley , I was so anxious about asking for the service as no one was at the station , but I did not need to worry everything went smoothly.
