I usually get my paint from here but the B&q brand goodhome is a bit hit and miss. Each tin can contain a different shade.
I went in to B&q to show just how different the shades were and even the finish. They were shocked at the quality but sorted out the problem to the best of their ability.
Prices are very up and down, sometimes it can be the most expensive place to buy something, other times they have great deals on things.

Quite a large store has a large gardening section selling plants ,gravel, wood, fencing etc. Thought that some of the small bags of gravel were on the pricey side but that was just my opinion. Had water butts, barrows , plant food, tools etc. Had decorating,lighting, tiles, building supplies, bathroom,kitchen, too many to mention. Also has a loo which is also disabled so very handy if caught short. Asked for help to find an item and the staff were very helpful.

Terrible Experience with Supplier and Lack of Supp
I placed an order for 4 acoustic decorative timber wall panels through the B&Q website, sold by WBM Insulation Ltd, totalling £234, with a promised delivery between 29th October and 1st November. After several weeks of waiting, I was informed that the product was out of stock. They offered to send a different colour, which I agreed to, but still received nothing. I ended up waiting nearly a month, and to make matters worse, the seller stopped responding to my emails. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating, and B&Q provided no proper support. Instead of addressing the issue, they directed me to contact the supplier directly, as if they bear no responsibility for the sales made on their own platform. This is completely unacceptable and shows a disregard for customer service. The only way I managed to resolve the situation was by opening a dispute through PayPal, which thankfully was efficient in ensuring my order was cancelled and my money refunded. However, this solution was entirely thanks to PayPal, not B&Q or the supplier. I strongly advise against purchasing from WBM Insulation Ltd and am deeply disappointed with B&Q. They should be accountable for the sellers they host on their website but clearly do not care to offer any support when things go wrong. After this experience, I won’t be buying anything from B&Q again.

Due to present situation we waited in queue. Surprisingly not for long. All over the parking and the store there are 2m marker lines and arrows to point the direction of moving. Same good prices and products as expected from the store.

Friendly and helpful service, especially at the paint mixing department and checkouts (shout out to Denise). Great offers in the garden section.

I didn't realise you could have custom garden paint until a member of staff told me. Very happy with the colour and quality for my wooden bench.
