Visited store today with problem .First port of call saw me with Callum who promised to investigate and call me back at home .,which he did .On going back to store David came to help and instantly took the worry off my hands. He came up with the solution which Callum then put into place .All the surrounding staff were so kind , what a fabulous team . Customer service 2nd to none .Thankyou.Jane Jones .

I do wish that they had prices/ made prices visible on products! There were a few things I liked but because I wasn't prepared to run around looking for a price, I left it. However, I did like their electrical appliance and battery re cycling box.

I thought the design process and the buying of my new kitchen was excellent. The lady that looked after me through it was brilliant and knew her job (well done Hannah). My experience with the rest of the store and the staff was great. I'll be back well done

I went to B&Q hall rd today looking for a specific colour interior paint ... asked a member of staff , she said i could use an exterior paint indoors i though ok .... just Googled it and u can't due to the chemical content .!!!!!!!!

Fab store, and despite being smaller than the Boundary one they usually have what I need! The chap on the timber saw was awesome, and very patient with my somewhat haphazard scribblings for the cuts that I wanted.
Most of the team go above and beyond every time I am in, and Rosie on the till always has a smile - which is incredible in customer service, as I know firsthand how trying that can be.

Usually shop in gy Yarmouth store, popped in this one as was working close by.
1st lady I spoke to at the paint counter was rude and not helpful at all.
2nd lady at the checkouts was dismissive of my query.
Thankfully 3rd person I spoke managed to help me find what I was looking for.
Not sure I would return to this store.
