Charged me £40 to clean out my charging port when I asked for a charging port replacement.

The charging port on my phone needs to be replaced, I told him I wanted it replaced and he told me it would be £40 and 30 mins.
I came back 30 mins later and he demonstrated the charger no longer wiggled about in the charging port. Which I was momentarily happy with. I then went to put my phone on charge the next morning and it had exactly the same issue as before (Only charging in certain positions). I’m angry as I’m now £40 short and have exactly the same issue as before. Won’t be returning.

Phone cracked on Thursday. Chatted to Brilliant Gadgets on Friday for parts. Popped into store on Saturday. He fixed it within the hour. Legend. Highly recommend!!!

2 weeks on, phone has cracked again. I am visibly upset and distressed. Tried to understand this impossible scenario as it got cracked on its own, I can only guess due to an inflated battery. As it was already repaired once, there's no warranty guarantee. As I hate change, it was hard to me to move onto a new phone after 4 long years with my current phone. I cannot keep paying for a cracked screen over and over again. Its infuriating. Wish Brilliant gadgets all the best, he is very talented and skillful. But he couldn't help my problem. I put a lot of trust in people and I must learn that people will disappoint you at times. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I would use Brilliant Gadgets & Technologies over going to Apple any day for anything that needs fixing, whether that’s an iPad screen or iPhone. I could not fault how helpful and competitively priced they were. Will definitely recommend and use again in future- 5 plus stars ✨

I took my I phone 11 in with a stuck lock button and the top of the phone was slightly bent. Brilliant Gadgets & Technologies was able to fix it in less than an hour. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you guys so much👏👏 would totally recommend🙌🙌
