I have been using this injector testing shop for a few years now. Whenever I purchased a new car I used to get injectors tested regardless to make sure they were healthy, So my vehicle can be more fuel efficient.

I recently had my injectors tested from British Fuel Injection services a few weeks ago as I had cold start problem on my new vehicle. I was told out of the 4 injectors that 2 injectors were faulty and he is able to recondition them. I was suprised to find out it was reconditioned within 2 hours and everyone I spoke to say these type of injectors are not easy to repair so I don't know how he repaired them so quickly.

I tried using the injectors on the new car and still had the same start problem. I swapped my injectors with my old car (which started perfectly fine before) to see if it still had the same problem and guess what My old car started having the same cold start problems with the new reconditioned injectors.

I did phone to bring to the chaps attention but he wanted to do another test on the injectors. I knew he had already got his excuses lined up ready to counter me as I have read his excuses for the negative reviews left from other customers. The car had no faults with fuel tank, cylinder or the fuel pump as they were all clean.

I am disheartened that I have been using this company's service over the years and most likely they haven't been doing their job properly. So alot of money has been wasted. 3 of the mechanics I spoke to have said that their customers have had the same problem with this company and is known for this!

I personally will be avoiding this place from now on!!!

Took an injector to be tested. Injector was making a loud tapping/knocking noise. Was told its fine and it was likely to be something else however, turned out to be the injector. Will not be coming back.

Superb service testing and reconditioning my 6 injectors all during a morning while i had breakfast and browsed a few shops. Returned with 6 shiny 'as new,' injectors and now have a smooth running Touareg again . Thank you BFI , 5 Star Service

10:35am phone call to say injectors needed a rebuild
13:00 call to say all done and back in vehicle and running by 14:30

Rapid service dropped off 4 injectors at 8.45am were tested and reported back to me by 9.30am and by 11.00am all 4 injectors were ready to be picked up and by Miday we had The Volkswagen Golf 1.6TDI back up and running again and the price was reasonable so can’t complain it’s was an overall 100/100 service and customer service Also will recommend to others 100% Promise You Won’t be Disappointed

IF I could give 10 stars, I would have. My experience with these guys, well let's say, I brought in 4 injectors for testing, late afternoon (just as he was going home) by 9:30 next morning I got the results. Needed 2 rebuilding and by 13:30 they were ready for collection.. Kept well informed at all stages. Definitely recommend these guys. Keep up the good work fella's

Testing is not accurate, not punctual at all. Promises to get things done but never pulls through. Time waste. Full of excuses when they can't be bothered
