I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this garage. I came in requesting a repair for my Volvo and clearly explained the cause of the issue, which I had diagnosed myself. The man who was there—likely one of the mechanics—told me he would check the availability of the necessary parts and call me back. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to this day. This is very frustrating, especially considering I have been a frequent customer of this garage. I am now uncertain if I will return in the future

Always go here for a MOT and feel that they do a great job. I trust that I'm not going to be conned to have unnecessary work done. Owner Tony has always come across as a decent guy. So definitely recommend.

Used to be decent, but have since let standards slip downhill fast. I've used Broadway Garage for just shy of two years for both of my cars. Everything from aircon regas, brakes, tires, to alternators, to the annual MOT and more. While the service was okay last year, it's been abysmal since then.

They are exceptionally busy, yet they refuse to turn away business, leading to long delays and sub standard service. Due care and professionalism is unfortunately lacking, as you will often have to phone them yourself to find out what is happening with your car, and the Mechanics repeatedly fail to care for the upholstery (I have had to remove oil stains from my carpets several times now, despite complaining previously and even putting down protective rubber mats myself).

They can help you (potentially), but it's not going to be a pleasant experience. I could not in good conscience recommend them.

I've used broadway (and their sister garage) multiple times over the years for multiple vehicles from motorbikes to vans. Most recently I brought in a car with multiple issues, that again had issues when I left (through no fault of the garage) all the staff are great, easy to talk to and a personable experience. Highly recommended.

Just like Adrian and any other customers, I do have bitter experiences in this garage. Female service manager, just like you got one at home. Can't say nothing just depositing the money.
