When my laptop developed a power fault and I needed it fixing quickly, the guys at BubbleIT really helped me out. Liam was very helpful in ordering parts and advising me of the options. Dan fixed the computer very quickly, and by using less parts than anticipated, the cost was a lot less than anticipated. Overall a five star service all round.

I visited Bubble IT a few months ago after my laptop got damaged when it dropped from a height. My laptop wouldn't turn on and it turned out that my HDD was corrupted. The staff at Bubble IT, especially Liam and Daniel, was extremely helpful and professional and were able to fix the laptop and install a new drive while managing to secure all my data.

They also happily changed my broken speaker and charging port in the same repair job so I didn't have to pay anything on top. I only had to pay for the new speakers and charging port. I also got a new charger for free!

I am very happy with the results. My laptop works even better now! Thank you to the whole team. My experience with Bubble IT has been great, they are a group of lovely people. I would recommend you to go to them if you live nearby and want to get your laptop/PC fixed.

Bubble IT have given me excellent service over several years. Their staff are unfailingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and their charges are fair and not excessive.

I recently asked them to undertake a data transfer for me from an old laptop. The staff member who served me advised me of the best destination for the data before starting the work; once the job was under way, when a small problem arose he resolved it quickly and let me know what he'd done. Even with the minor setback he still completed the job in good time.

Great experience on the phone and at the counter.
Needed possible warranty work on my printer, Epson ET8550. Just needed a pickup wheel adjustment, and the printer was home within 48 hours. Great service and friendly personal all around.

I recently spilled an entire cup of tea on my laptop! My heart sunk (along with most of the laptop) as all the indicators showed it was goner! I took it to Bubble IT in Beeston where these IT geniuses did their work and brought back to life! - this very fortunate outcome may obviously not be possible in every case but I guess I was lucky. The keyboard, understandably, did not work properly afterwards but they replaced it and it now looks and feels better than brand-new. I can't recommend these guys enough as they are friendly, helpful and amazing at what they do. Thank you so much to the bubble IT team!

PS If this does ever happen to you, the bubble IT team recommend turning it off and unplugging any power supply - this will increase your chances of coming back to life.
