Gary's customer service is shocking and appalling. I will never go back and I would not recommend his services. I paid Gary £50 to fix my son's Switch. I did not know what work Gary had carried out. I checked the Switch before going home and found that the red controller was not the one I gave to him; the condition of it was not good, much worse than the rest of the Switch, the stick was very worn and filthy and the buttons had dirt around them which had been there a while (I had cleaned our whole console before giving it to him), and it had a small crack on the back. I went back to him as I thought he'd mistakenly given me the wrong controller back. He lied to me telling me that this filthy, worn stick and dirty casing was brand new and then he quickly became shirty with me saying he 'didn't know what my problem was as it worked and he could clean it in 2 minutes'. Gary doesn't know what the problem is with charging people £50 for an old, dirty and cracked controller and then lying to them by saying it's brand new, unbelievable! He became very worked up, stroppy, shirty, rude, like a child having a tantrum, at one point I was asking him to calm down. I remained completely calm throughout, he was not responding to any aggression from me but he told me that I was being impossible! He said in a rude, stroppy manner, 'do I want a brand new controller, is that what I want?'. He then went to get this 'brand new' controller which was obviously used and the stick was damaged, when I pointed this out he huffed and went to get another 'brand new' controller. It clearly wasn't but at least the condition of it was much better. I tested it with the console, I mentioned it was slightly stiff to slide, I wasn't actually rejecting it but then he said he 'can't' and slammed the door on me! This is an honest account of my experience today. No doubt, by the responses to his other negative reviews, Gary will say that I was not a customer or that I am lying. After seeing Gary today I believe the negative reviews and I do not believe Gary's responses to them. I sincerely hope I don't have to contact him to use the 1 year warranty as I do not think he will respond appropriately...Gary you can't treat your customers like you did me today!

Edit to reply to Gary..I expected you to respond exactly the way you have..by lying. Tantamount to your character. The controller provided was exactly as I described, the replacement was as I described, you saw this with your eyes and huffed and went to get another one, the 3rd one is acceptable but it's still not brand new. I'm fine buying used/refurbished goods but don't lie about it. They weren't free of charge, I paid £50 for 1, I didn't keep the other ones. I was not arguing for 30 minutes, I actually could not finish many sentences because you kept interrupting me with your tantrum. I remained calm the whole time and was not rude or difficult at all. I regret not taking photos of the controller before going back to you so everyone could see what you tried to charge me £50 for, and then lie about saying it's brand new, but I did not think to get proof because I could not have anticipated your response, never in my life have I had someone I have paid for services from behave as badly as you. It's shocking and I'm gobsmacked. People, do not believe this man who can lie so brazenly!

Brilliant service. Replaced the power supply in my daughter’s PS4 - the cost was less than it would have been for me to buy the part and replace it myself and we had the repaired PS4 back in 2 hours. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Bucky Game Station! I went to get my console repaired, and not only did he completely ruin it, but the owner, Garry himself, was shockingly inappropriate toward me. Instead of focusing on my repair, he made constant creepy comments and tried to turn the conversation into something personal and uncomfortable.

When I called him out on it, he laughed it off as a “joke” and refused to take me seriously. On top of that, my console came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off, and he refused to take any responsibility, blaming me for the damage.

The lack of professionalism, combined with his disgusting behavior, makes this place an absolute no-go. Ladies, steer clear of this shop—it’s not worth the risk. This business is a disgrace, and I’m shocked it’s still running.

Your response is laughable and completely false. I left one honest review about my experience, and instead of taking accountability, you’ve resorted to bizarre accusations and personal attacks. You know full well I’m a woman because you couldn’t keep your eyes off my chest the entire time I was at your front door.

Claiming I’m harassing you or leaving fake reviews is just a pathetic attempt to avoid addressing genuine complaints. The fact that you lash out at customers like this says everything about how you run your business. Maybe if you spent more time fixing consoles properly and treating people with basic respect, instead of staring inappropriately at female customers, you wouldn’t have to play the victim like this.
