Following an ongoing problem with our NAS, I contacted Tariq to see if he could assist. He promptly came over to our home, provided a free of charge diagnosis, along with additional phone calls to try and resolve the issue remotely - all whilst explaining the issue in a way that an illiterate computer person (me!) could understand. After exhausting those attempts, he took the NAS, completed his own backup, fixed the error and then reinstalled everything. Even after payment and completion of the work when a new problem took hold, Tariq logged into the system remotely, taking additional time to fix this problem also, all for a very reasonable price.
I will not hesitate to use his reliable, honest and good service again and would recommend him for any issue.

I gave my Dell laptop to Mr Tariq at Bucks Computer Services so that he could fix the broken hinge and check the battery. To start, he had a terrible response; he never returned calls or messages, and he only responded quickly before accepting the job. He kept my laptop for more than two weeks. Every time I call or message him, he always has a new problem to tell me.

The second issue is that he lacks experience in this field. Being a service engineer, he should be aware of the problem's underlying cause. He simply said he don't know the what the issue. I waited long to just to get my laptop back to recover my data.

Tariq was absolutely, absolutely amazing! He was friendly, kind, understanding, and just a really genuine, down-to-earth person - and of course was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He was able to sort out the issue, although it wasn't as easy as expected, and truly, I can't thank him enough! He will definitely be our go-to whenever we need IT support, from now on! Could not recommend him enough - unlike most companies, his prices are EXTREMELY fair and you get excellent service!
