This place was a lifesaver. I had unexpected issues that were way beyond my knowledge of computing software and the gentlemen was informative, polite and very professional. Had my system ready to go within a couple of hours and the fact he was available on such short notice was brilliant. Couldn't recommend him and his business enough.

Very negative and expensive experience. PC failed after 15 months. Promises to properly diagnose issue never materialised, so technically incompetent. Help to create eBay listing of old PC were chased but never received. Happily sold us a new PC though. One way traffic, verging on rude at times. Had old PC properly diagnosed by an independent competent and well mannered engineer at no cost. Busy-it must try harder if you can be bothered.

The guy was rude to my family and I, the pc we took in, only needed wiring up and hardware installation and the pc came out damaged. Now needing another motherboard. A different pc guy showed us the damage and it was NOT like that when it went into the shop. I would NOT recommend going to this shop!!

We had a total laptop failure while traveling in the Chester area. As Nantwich was the next stop on our tour, we contacted Busy-it to see if they could assist us. We deposited the failed unit with them and within a hour we had a call from Oliver to say he had fixed it and we could collect when we were ready.
I take my hat off to Oliver and the team in Busy-it for the level of customer service they provided. Absolutely outstanding.
My wife was so impressed she has put a link to the web site on her blog for the benefit of our fellow boaters.

Having both Purchased a Laptop from Busy IT and had the need to avail myself of their repair service be assured that if my experience is anything to go by you will receive excellent and fair service. Extremely helpful and advice given in a manner that can be understood by one with not a high level of computer literacy .No blinding with science here. Highly recommended.
