I attended a soldering course at the Fixing Factory. The trainer was well informed and the course well structured. For six students we had one trainer and an assistant so had all the help we needed to succeed.

My Mac book Air (Apple A1502 model) had a problem with the keyboard. The only keyboard key working was the switch on/off one. I was using an external keyboard and mouse in order work on the laptop.

I went to Camden Fixing Factory and I dealt with an absolutely brilliant team. They worked as a team and were very friendly and helpful to me (and my laptop :)). They fixed it, however, I would have been happy even if they wouldn't have because I saw that they did whatever they could to fix it. Very professional and friendly. I will go back to become one of them as I liked what I saw.

The Fixing Factory in Camden is run by amazing people, with heaps of knowledge. They showed me how to fix a broken fan heater instead of it ending up in landfill or in the sea. Definitely worth popping in just to see what they do and taking or donating your broken devices.

Really happy with my experience at Fixing Factory. Went for the free modules they are running, found the modules informative, the space comfortable and the people lovely. Would recommend visiting for classes, volunteering and getting your electronics fixed!

This is a really great place to go if you have something with a plug on it that has stopped working. The staff there really know what they are doing, are friendly and aim to get you involved in the repair if want to do so. Your safety is never lost sight of and any 'fix' is PAT tested before you can take it away.

Fixed our lawnmower, good as new. Every high street should have this. Staff were amazing and there's so much community use for this. thankyou!
