I called Cavendish to see if they could respond to an emergency for my ages and informed mother whose riser recliner had failed. Even though they were understaffed they had an engineer at my mother’s within an hour. The office staff and engineer were kind caring and understanding of my mother’s needs. This is without an excellent firm, providing an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Superb service! Tony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us (husband and I) a free demonstration at home with the mobility scooter that we were interested in; he advised us on the type of battery would suit our needs best, as we weren't sure; he even gave us know-how tips while we had a try driving outside our house! And to top it all off he put the scooter together for us before delivering (free - again!) it a few days later! That has saved us some serious aggravation as both myself and my husband are disabled and constructing a scooter would've been quite challenging for us both. We're extremely grateful to him and the rest of the staff from Cavendish for making our decision so easy and helping us every step of the way.
Scooter itself (SupaScoota Spartan 9) is amazing as well - it's the only scooter that we could find which is very compact, light and foldable AND can carry up to 200kg (over 30st)! It'll make our lives so much easier and will save us from a lot of pain.

We returned a wheelchair as it was too big for the boot of my car as it was purchased by someone else with my father, we had to pay £45 to return the chair for a refund, the woman was more than patronising, the wheelchair hadn’t even left the boot of my fathers car, I would NOT recommend this store at all. I think 1 star is to much

A few months back I purchased sprint supascooter for my disabled daughter and I could not wish for it to be better. My daughter is registered blind with only a small amount of vision and has only the use of her right hand side due to brain damage aswell as learning difficulties this has made it extremely difficult for her to become independent by any means. After years of her using a battery powered wheelchair ,which used to send her into the road on many occasions when we went near a drop kerb making me on edge the whole time we used it and tipping on more than one occasion , I visited cavendish and I invested in this scooter. This scooter has not only given her a lease of life but us as parents too. We went into cavendish in Torquay explained what we needed and the concerns we had, to which we were given the option and details of one or two scooters that fitted our needs. Our daughter then tried the sprint scooter out in their car park and got given some hints and tips off of Steve on how to use it . Weeks later we returned to purchase one I was very skeptical on how this would turn out for us. There were a few slight adjustments made for her to meet her needs made by their in house team and it has been amazing. We have taken it to the zoo, on holiday, it folds down small after removing the seat and fits nicely into our small SUV boot. Leaving room for luggage or shopping. All of the things we were looking for in a mobility scooter or chair were met by this amazing scooter. I could not recommend the cavendish team from start to finish they went above and beyond. You’ve given my daughter a new lease of life she now has full control of getting herself around aswell as saving my back and my nerves from the fear of her injuring herself. If you are looking for something to help you get around I recommend you visit the store and explain your needs and the lovely team will help you with something that fits you personally instead of trying to upsell to their most expensive bit of equipment. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart this scooter really ha changed our lives.

I bought a mobility scooter this morning. Caron was extremely helpful showing me all the options and how everything worked. I'm having a crutch holder fitted to the back of the scooter and it should be delivered to me later this week. Very happy!

Wonderful service from Caron in the Exeter store. Gave an in-depth description of the scooter and enabled me to have a thorough test drive. Drove the device back to Cardiff by train, amazing everyone in the carriage with its folding mechanism.

An amazing experience from start to finish, Carol in the office no question was too silly and all enquiries were dealt with in a helpful friendly manner. we asked for a home demo and we met Steve he was brilliant helpful and understanding of my mobility issues. Sadly the scooter I wanted was not suitable but there was no pressure to purchase Steve really couldnt have been more helpful and I will not hesitate to use this company for any future purchase.

I bought a scooter from Cavendish some weeks ago and I could not sing their praises any higher than 5 stars. They made sure it was the right scooter for me and not just a sale.The staff were very engaging and knowledgeable.
