I had an awful experience with this repair shop. I brought my phone in for what I thought was a simple fix, and they ended up breaking it instead! They didn’t take any responsibility for their mistake and just brushed me off. The customer service was terrible—rude and unhelpful. I wasted my time and money here, and now my phone is worse than before. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable shop! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!!’

Nice staff but very expensive. Was charged £20 to literally remove a piece of metal which had broken off from my charging cable - 2 minute job! . My own fault as I should have asked how much before I let him remove it. If I had known I would have gone elsewhere.

Boycott for repairs, gave an iphone 15 in to replace the back, they replaced it the first time and the phone started switching on and of, so fair enough they replaced it with another one, we then took the phone home as it was on charge next to my younger sister the phone just went bang and the back cracked from the bottom and went loose from the top, so i took it back in myself and explained what happened and they started contradicting what i said so he took it down and said i will replace it for 20quid turned around took the phone and left, was never about the money was about the principle ! The fact that they couldnt take accountability for their actions shows a lot
