Recommend. Being very much a computer user and having been through far too many corporate IT security trainings I panicked when I thought I'd managed to get my personal laptop infected with a virus. Richard gave me an appointment for the next day. and quickly established that there wasn't a problem. He very kindly didn't charge me for his time, but it would have been more than reasonable for him to do so. If I have any issues with my laptop in future I will head here.

Richard is amazing, my issues were fixed in 2 days after handing him my Laptop.
Went to Currys, they couldn’t help, went to a small tech store they recommended, they couldn’t help, found Richard online and he has been nothing but helpful.
Note, you should call in advance if you need his help, it’s a house and not a store.

Richard really helped me out today. Last night I botched a CPU replacement on my PC and didn't know which parts I'd damaged in the process. He took a call from me after 9pm and asked me to bring the PC round in the morning for him to look at. He was able to work out what was broken and what was still good by lunchtime, and then was then happy to either sell me some replacement parts to get it running again asap or just charge me service for the info. 5/5, would run to for help again!
