I came in here having broke my phone screen and being told by a competitor that it'd cost nearly £400 and take a day to have the screen replaced.

Owner was very professional, explained to me to the process and had a replacement screen already in stock, taking roughly 30 minutes to do the repair. Charged me a fair and reasonable price, much less than his competitors, all in all a good experience.

Super helpful. Needed a new PAYG SIM card as the signal down here was terrible on Three. Sorted me out a Lebara SIM instantly - I had no change and for £1 (and under stability didn't want to take card payment and lose a fee on it) - guy was a legend - just said pay us when you can - managed to grab some change after getting some food and popped back to pay him. Also lent me the SIM eject tool so I could swap my SIM easily.

Easy to deal with, very helpful and trusting. I wish I had similar experiences with phone shops locally! Thanks guys. Next time we come back if we need cases etc we'll be sure to swing by.
