They tried to rip me off by quoting £30 to repair a simple charging issue. When I disagreed, they gradually lowered the price to £25 and then finally to £20. I didn’t trust the man there and decided to leave. After reading the reviews here, I’m glad I did.

Went to them last week to fix my broken screen and not even an hour after my phone kept shutting down even though i didn’t have any problems before. I returned the next day and the just told me it’s because of my phone and just opened it and took a look and then it stopped working again. I then went to a different phone shop and they fixed it

Don't go to this place, they will rip you off.

£50 fee to look at my wife's laptop, saying "we'll probably be able to fix it for that", then quoted a further £150 for the repair.

Spoke to two more shops - they were both happy to diagnose the issue for free, and quoted £100 or less for the repair.

When my wife collected the laptop and said she'd found somewhere to do the repair cheaper they offered to drop the price, obviously she declined.

The positive reviews for this place are clearly fake. There are plenty of good repair shops in the area, please go to one of them instead.

Please do not buy equipment from this shop, it is cheap and faulty. I was sold a charger for a laptop, which fried the motherboard once inputting the charger. Smoke emitted from charging port.

I brought the charger back, and I wad advised that the charger is allowed to discharge any voltage it wishes to any device, and this is normal.

The fire risks with the charger is endless. However they no regard peoples safety and refused my refund. I advised there is no refund on items, which is against trading standards.

Please do not compromise the safety of people buying items from this store

WARNING do not shop here; total rip-off, very rude staff that speak in their language (non english), confrontational 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I went in to have my screen fixed, first i was quoted £60 (fair enough, an emergency). Once he had my phone in his hand and apart; the cost went up, including £20 “Labour”🤷🏾‍♀️; £10 screen saver.

They fitted a cracked screen saver on my partners phone …. We didn’t notice till too late to return next day (which we did as soon as they opened….£10🤷🏾‍♂️

They saw me coming KMT….con artist’s

* WHERE IS THE LIE*
First went in Friday:- charged me £90 see receipt
(Friday evening my screen went blank)
My partner purchased screen saver on Friday.
We returned Saturday morning (where you had to remove screen protector — to fix my phone — £90paid).
Once you did (whatever) you did to my phone (again) obviously you had to put a screen protector on 🤷🏾‍♀️(already paid £90).
Return Sunday as my screen protector had a bubble in and wouldn’t move…. THATS WHEN YOU GOT RUDE, etc… even though you stated on Saturday “if there are any problems return” which I did, to ABUSE….£90 .

Expensive lesson learnt— go to a reputable person not these high street rip off, Laptop, Phone merchants…BBC watchdog should investigate🙇🏾‍♀️

The staff were friendly and helpful but not sure if I was overpriced as I am new in London. I requested them to fix the broken screen of our iPhone 10x and to replace the CPU of the not functional HP laptop. They charged me £30 for checking the laptop then £250 to repair it. Not sure if this is the normal charges in London. £80 for the iPhone.

Abdul was very friendly and mildly mannered. Unfortunately he was not able to repair my phone on this occasion because the damage was extensive and required a specialist technician which would have increased the total repair cost beyond the point of making the repair economical.
