Money Grabbers who don't honour their own warrantee system. 1st time they replaced my phone screen, the screen was faulty and had lost all touch sensitivity within a month (despite no damage to the phone). They covered this under warrantee thankfully, however the 2nd replacement screen only lasted a month and a half before starting to loose tough sensitivity and a reappearing of the light sabre that they were meant to have fixed. Despite me not having voided the warrantee by dropping my phone, they still refused to cover it under the warrantee, quoting me £100 for a fix that should have not cost me anything.

Went to get an iPad fixed, they never called to say it was done, we picked it up after we called to see if it were done, it kept saying iPad unavailable try about in a how ever many hours and it just kept going up and up, we plugged into into a laptop to try and restore it but it just kept glitching out and working itself without anyone touching it
