I had these guys repair my cracked brand new Pixel 9 screen in January and was told there was a warranty on the replacement screen. I even paid the higher amount for the higher quality replacement - almost £250. The mounting job was poor from the beginning - the screen can be seen moving when you touch it. Not even two months after the replacement was done, bright lines began to appear on the screen despite there being no physical damage. Clearly it's either a faulty screen or a bad mounting job or both. I brought the phone back to them fully expecting them to honour their warranty and they straight up refused and say that the source of the lines is physical damage which it most certainly is not. Now I'm out £250 and have a crap screen on my very expensive phone. Do not go here. There are a lot of other options in the area. I feel like I was robbed.

I smashed my Hauwei and needed a quick fix. Within 30 minutes my phone was fixed and I also bought a case with it. Absolutely amazing value for money - half the price of other quotes I received for phone repairs around Central London. The man who works there is so kind, honest and polite. Very Big helpful in this lockdown period I’m regular customer of this kiosk because if they service and prices ,
Outstanding service!! Got my screen fixed within roughly 30 minutes and without any sort of hassle. The staff was polite and considerate. My phone has been working fine ever since. Disaster avoided 🙂 .

Saved dead phone while we were on vacation.
Small booth on Tottenham court road.
The technician working there is very kind, and highly professional. He diagnosed the possible problem right away (power circuit fail), gave us a very reasonable price estimate, and guaranteed not to charge anything if the fix would not help.
The phone was ready in 30 minutes, which we could spend in the nearby Starbucks.

Not super happy with my repair. It was quick, looks good and I was upsold a screen protector which is handy at the time. But the Home Screen torch and camera buttons don’t work and the texting function is extremely difficult as it thinks I’m using buttons I haven’t pressed. Something went wrong and it’s now extremely difficult to use my phone. Can’t see a number to phone to discuss and I don’t live in the area so I can’t just go back that easily.
