I can not fault the team here at Click IT. They have been amazing they helped me in so many way from consulting in what I need all the way up to building my custom PC. They kept in constant communication kept me updated and where we are at in the progress. Once I sourced all the parts it was done in a very timely manor. they 100% were fair price if not even cheaper for the high quality service provided. 100% would use Click IT again. Even if its to change/ upgrade parts.

Purchased a desktop pc with monitor from here this week, was a pleasure to deal with the gentlemen that run the shop, service was impeccable and the computer does exactly what I had asked for it to be able to do, really couldn’t ask for better service (especially when they put up with me being impatient and calling them on the day it should be ready twice! It is so wonderful to have a computer shop in our town, run by true professionals. Computers can be purchased anywhere these days, however, if you are like me and only know how to use them but know absolutely nothing about the mechanics you definitely need to visit this shop. Neil and his staff are very friendly, helpful, skilled and true experts in their field. They appreciated that I am not at all knowledgeable regarding computers but did not patronise me in the slightest. The personal service along with lots of advice was fantastic. I purchased a new computer and had everything transferred and set up just ready for me to use at a very competitive price. This leaves me delighted, because I did not have to do anything and would thoroughly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you so much.

Very happy with the service I got. My laptop backlight wasn't functional and they replaced my screen and was able to pick it up after a week. Worth the money as I've had my gaming laptop for years and this was the only issue I've experienced with it, so to get that repaired saves me in the long run. Many thanks to Neil and Adam for the help!! Will return here for any future problems

Fabulous little shop. Wanted to shop local and took a list in with all the specs my husband wanted for a new PC. The guys made up a list of varying options of set ups and prices . We chose the third option and within 2 weeks the guys had built it and it was ready to collect! My husband is very happy with his new PC I've not seen him properly for days I've finally got my living room back to myself.
