Were not able to pinpoint the issue with my MacBook and overcharged me to recover data from a supposedly damaged SSD which in the end was not damaged. I was able to fix the issue by ordering a 2gbp flex cable online. Very upset with the service provided, which also took around 3 weeks.

Highly recommended. The team at CompFoxAid were responsive, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. My laptop had been overheating and losing battery power quickly. Their quick diagnosis found the issues and they returned the laptop within 48 hours. So far so good. And even if the problem reappears, they have given a 3 month warranty on the work (which I hope I won’t have to use).
What impressed me most was the level of communication on WhatsApp and by phone, especially when we discovered that their emails were not coming through to my work email address.
Price seemed reasonable and the collection/delivery service make the whole experience much easier.

Great service and kept me up to date with repairs. Would have been 5* had they been able to clean the printer rather than needing to replace it!! Not their fault though. Useful advice as to replacement and links. Would recommend.
