Fantastic service from Mark. He responded very quickly to my initial email and picked up my PC the same day. About a month or so ago, I was looking for a trusting person to repair my very slow computer after I recently moved to Exeter. Mark certainly did not disappoint. He picked my computer up for me and within 48 hours he had fixed it at a good price. He gave me so many tips and loads of advice to prevent a slow computer in the future. Mark was fantastic. He took lots of time trying to fix my 9mth old laptop. It's under warranty and when he'd tried everything he could without replacing parts he suggested I contact the manufacturer.
