Make booking for Humphrey to visit my home between 2pm and 3pm to assess and repair a fault on my computer. He didn’t turn up and despite making phone calls and leaving messages, I have heard nothing further from the company. I wasted a complete afternoon waiting for Humphrey to turn up. This is very poor service I cannot recommend seeking help from this business.

Was able to drop my laptop off with a trackpad that wasn't working at 7:30 in the evening and it was completely fixed and ready to collect by 8pm! Humphrey kept in constant contact about what he was doing during the repai and the cost was also very reasonable. Incredibly nice, polite and professional service too. I highly recommend

smashed the screen on my laptop a few days before I had an essay due. I messaged Humphrey and he replied promptly, gave me a price there and then which was very reasonable. Friendly, helpful, economic and skilled.

Within the day my laptop broke, I was able to get in contact with Humphrey, he gave me options and a price list on how I would like it to be fixed, and had it back to me by before the end of the week. If you’ve got a broken laptop or device, drop him a text, sort out a time to meet and he’ll give you an honest quote.

Will be using Compufix again for sure.
