I was extremely impressed by the level of service and competitive pricing I received from the team at Computer Being. My Surface Pro 4 laptop got the 'Blue Screen of Death' and the team diagnosed my laptop extremely quick (and for free unlike other repair centres). They fixed the issue within 1 business day of completing the diagnostic, all at a competitive price too. I was reluctant to contact a company in London thinking the prices would be over inflated but this was not the case. I would absolutely recommend Computer Being to anyone. Thank you once again!

I had an issue with my Gaming Computer and I wanted a trustworthy company to fix it. Though this is my first time using computer being, I am very happy with the way they work and the overall outcome. I was not an easy customer as I did call them many times. Throughout they were responsive and polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them. I will be going back to get my PC upgraded (they were honest to say I don’t really need an upgrade as my pc was very very good) but I like to stay on top up to date. Honest knowledgeable company and extremely fair with pricing. Thank you for the Great work and see you soon

I broke my laptop and had to have the bezel replaced. Once the part arrived from China (which took very long, but that is not the fault of Computer Being), they fixed my computer within a few hours, and it is as good as new. Customer service was great and the price for the job as well. Recommended!

These folks are AMAZING. I had a network driver fail (catastrophic if you’re visiting London for research) & called their number bc I needed to get this fixed quickly. They were great on the phone & asked me to bring my laptop in (assuring me there is no cost for diagnostic work). Constantine fixed the problem within minutes. And, here’s the kicker, said there was no cost. I had a second fail & once again he fixed it for nothing. Not only do these folks know what they’re doing, but they are not interested in making a buck. They will even teach you how to make fixes yourself. Don’t let the address fool you - these folks are legit. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Constantine & co!

Extremely fast turnaround and skilled repair here. My laptop broke Monday night and I had to fly out of country on Friday. I called them on Tuesday, and dropped it off with them, after which, they told me I needed to replace both my screen and back Bezel, but that they could have it done by Friday for sure. On Thursday I was called by them, and became extremely nervous when they informed me that the maker of the screen had cancelled the delivery, and they had to try finding it elsewhere.

Somehow, they managed to rush and source the screen within a single day, and had it ready for me to pick up before I left for the airport. It’s been working flawlessly since then!

This Team is impressive , whilst being consummate professionals. This is not the first time I have required their services.

I explained the issues with my computer they listened patiently, asked questions pertaining to the problem and then came up with a solution. They are efficient and knowledgeable; all of this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
