My computer desktop along with my Laptop and apple MacBook Pro was fixed after two day! Such a professionalism so convenient , I brought it to them in Marylebone Seymour place very convenient to simple find in central London which is also very helpful explaining how quick they will inform me and send me photos. I was asked me to pay upfront by cash or transfer which I agreed to do by transfer to order necessary parts! Next day informed about problems with my PC such a my devices offered after fixe to be delivered them to me! I couldn’t believe such nice service it later all my computer delivered to me all set up and fully running prefect no further issues so far. such professional experts and so helpful.All my devices repaired so quick since then he assured me they always available for any further issues. I use much on my computers and Mac that every sometimes don't turn off for couple of weeks! My data was recovered and installed again at my place and set up my computers and Macs fully functioning as new and never failed so far. My MacBook Air was literally drowning in a matcha latte when I opened my bag. There was clear liquid damage on the screen and eventually I couldn’t even turn it on. I was having issues connecting usb devices on my usb 3.0 ports, especially my usb wifi adapter. I was only able to connect with usb 2.0 in the last 1 and half months. I've called and received quick communication and promptness from Nick. He came on the same day's call and started immediately to work on my issue, which included the installation of a new psu on my pc, which I also requested when I've booked his services. Brought my desktop to fix it after it wouldn't open! First time seeing the person something didn't feel right, first of all it was in a different store and not the original but he told me he is renovating his store, then he asked me to pay upfront and cash! Of course I couldn't and he agreed to do by bank transfer! Next day he said he fixed it and brought it to me! First start up of my computer run properly but I noticed that my leds of my top fans were not on! I asked him what is that and he told me it's better to run my computer like that! Well I said okay he might know a bit better! Didn't do much on my computer that day and didn't turn on for couple of days due to work! Came today to open and first thing I see is a blue screen! I send him photos of the problem and he says this is corrupted OS bring it to me, I told him I can't and if he can come to my place and check it! Then he proceeds to ask me for money when he was the one to install the OS, so basically this means his job failed! Then he proceeds to tell me he doesn't care and saying that everyone messes up from time to time but he still wants to charge me! I put 3 stars only because I know my computer is not easy to handle as it's big and has a lot of things inside, plus I will never take away any effort of any person who is trying give you their service! Only unpleased with this and the attitude after asking him to complete his job and check again why this happened to my computer

All the files were recovered I thought it would take a couple of days at least but within 24 hours it was fixed! Nick is very friendly and wants to help people so it was good and a relief for me to get it fixed by an expert and so conveniently. It was not cheap but I guess you pay for the speed, service and convenience and no further issues. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

Nicholas was absolutely fantastic! I had a Lenovo computer that was fried by static electricity. I thought the computer was a total loss. However, Nicholas saved the day. He fixed my computer and give it as general dust clean-up.
