I needed my laptop repaired. Spoke to Raj from Computer King on Friday lunchtime Raj ordered the part gave me a price and phoned on Saturday morning to say part was in and to drop off laptop. I found Raj to be very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was carried out in about 5 hours and was documented at every step by photos and video
A first class service I would highly recommend and certainly would use again if the need arises.

Would highly recommend.
Raj is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very honest. He is always in communication with you about your issue and will send you pictures and videos of exactly what he is doing.
Prices are fair and unlike some repair shops, he won't charge you a penny if he can't fix it.
It's refreshing to find a hardworking and honest man in this day and age. Would definitely go back.

Screen didn't last me more than 6 months. Your response is unprofessional and dismissive. I did not damage the screen. The fact that it failed in less than six months speaks to the quality of the repair. Instead of assuming or blaming the customer, a professional business would stand by their work and address concerns properly. I paid £300 for a low-quality, fake screen that had about 50% brightness.

My laptop had a fan issue. I phoned around a few other shops that came up on google. Some didn't even answer or call back, and the ones that did, didn't seem interested. I then found Computer King this morning, and with so many good reviews, I phoned straight away. Raj spoke to me, gave me a lot of info, and I felt at ease immediately. I took the laptop to his shop today at around 6pm, and he worked on it straight away. Within 30 minutes, it was done. He even said to me not to pay him anything, but business is business and he spent his time, so I rightfully paid him. My issue was somewhat trivial, but he also showed me the capacity of work he carries out. Service is great. Thank you.
