I recently needed a computer repaired and went in to ask for a service
I was greeted in a very friendly manner and we arranged for me to bring it back when the parts came through.

When the part arrived I was called about it and informed I could come in whenever I liked, I told them when I was available but they were not sure they would have an engineer for same day repairs on that day.

However a few hours later I was contacted again letting me know that my computer would me fixable on the same day for when I was available.

When I went in they had it working perfectly in under half an hour.

Constantine and his team were incredibly professional, diagnosing the problem on the same day without any upfront fees. Once I approved, they not only repaired the issue but went above and beyond by cleaning the laptop inside and out and replacing the thermal paste. Now it looks and runs like it’s brand new! The staff at computer renovation were very professional and fixed my laptop quickly. I spilt liquid over my laptop and needed a new motherboard and trackpad which cost £430. I believe this was a reasonable price and my laptop works good as new. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend to others - thanks for your help 🙂
