Mike is a superstar. I was having problems with my pc, and my old laptop was on the blink. I rang Computershak and arranged for Mike to take a look a look at them. I found Mike to be reliable, honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable, he fixed them both on the same day!!! How's that for service? I will recommend him to all my friends and family if they need help with their computers.

Would give more stars if I could! My laptop had a nasty case of malware. When I couldn’t fix it myself, I took it to Currys. They wiped everything but were unable to reinstall windows and said the malware was still there. Picking up my laptop, I was told it was completely unfixable.

Mike managed to figure out the issue in matter of minutes and fixed it that same day. He even gave my laptop a clean so it now looks and feels like new!

Mike is a very honest and genuine man. He spent ages looking into my old laptop to see if it could be upgraded to what I wanted it to do. He is extremely knowledgable. Explained everything . Unfortunately it was not compatible with the latest technology. So I bought a cheap reconditioned one from him, that he upgraded for me. No charge for his time. Amazing personal service. Went to see Mike to see if he could fix my wife's HP laptop, bought during lockdown, never worked properly from day one, took forever to boot up,
Mike had it fixed in a day, knew the fault straight away , replaced an old mechanical drive update the onboard ram from 4 to 8gb ram.
Mike what a guy he is , absolutely brilliant, so friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.
My wife can't believe how fast her laptop runs .
