I recently bought a new laptop from Comtechnic at a very competitive price. Bring elderly l had no idea how to use it. The owner not only set it up for me using the apps l required but patiently explained to me everything he thought l would need to know until l felt confident.. A top class shop with competent and friendly owner. Excellent after sales service. Highly recommended. 10/10.

My daughter’s laptop needed urgent repair. This took a number of days as the damage due to water damage was significant. However I was kept informed of progress of the repair and was shown the damaged part when I called in. Repair was successful and the cost was very reasonable. Very efficient and helpful, highly recommended

First time using this business. I never asked the very nice, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable guy his name. But what a lovely guy, he is very thorough and honestly knows what he's talking about etc.
I had him do me a few upgrades on my Gaming PC. CPU,Ram and NVME ssd's. Thanks so much for doing it quickly and affectionately.
Highly would recommend him to anyone.

Had an issue with a new motherboard and CPU, couldn't figure it out, swallowed my pride and asked shil and stu for help, within 15 minutes of taking the pc into the shop they found the fault, a blown power supply, guys are solid professionals and extremely knowledgeable, cant thank the guys enough I'd give them 6 stars of I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got a new CPU that was giving me no display due to the Motherboard needing a BIOS update.
I called yesterday and explained my issue but as they closed near the time I called, I was asked to take everything in the following day.

I took my PC and old CPU in to them this morning and they ran some tests and found that it was the BIOS causing my issue.

I rudely forgot to ask for a name but the younger gent that helped me today was great. Very helpful, attentive, understanding, patient and informative.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and went about resolving it.
After me trying to fix the problem myself for three days, I guess he could see I was stressing about it as I had his full attention at all times and constant reassurance that he could help.

Alongside that, he made sure I was aware of any and all risks that could impact my PC should anything go wrong in the process but also explained how unlikely they would be so I was never left in the dark and fully understood what could happen in a worst case scenario.

I decided to wait in the shop while they worked on my PC and it only took an hour for everything to be done and updated.

I highly recommend this place for any and all laptop/PC related issues as they clearly have a lot of knowledge and are great with customers.
Also, I expected the price to be a lot more than it was for the works that were done.
Very affordable and great results.
Highly recommended.

Have used their services many times over the years and everytime, issues are resolved quickly and professionally. If you are in the Dudley/Wombourne/Sedgely area, this is the place to go. I would not go anywhere else. Can't recommend Shil and ComTechnic enough. Brilliant service A++
