Have used David for a screen change before and this time to repair my charging port. Was very helpful and friendly, also completely transparent about the costs and the potentials max and minimum. He was very honest about the work carried out and I ended up only having to pay the lower quote which I would’ve never of known. Would recommend for any phone repairs!

Not only did he manage to repair what others couldn't, but his professionalism and communication throughout the process were top-notch. Always great service. Have been using Dave for years for repairs. Called the other day as my daughters iPhone 11 had intermittent cellular data connection but worked fine on WiFi. Vodafone checked it and said we needed a new phone. Called Dave and talked through the problem and he suggested it was probably just the SIM card. Ordered one from Vodafone and sure enough it now works perfectly and didn’t cost a penny.

Top man. My phone was smashed to bits but Dave managed to get it working enough for me to retrieve all my data and with the option to completely repair the phone should I chose to. All at a very reasonable price . Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service, had a broken charging port, within the day he fixed it and returned it to me in my work place as I was unable to get to him to get it back, no extra charge, so so helpful as my job meant I would be without a phone for 3 days and he fixed it on the spot ! The price I was charged was less than the prices of mobile phone shops in Stevenage ! Such a kind helpful man please support this individual buisness they are amazing !
