Mohammed was very efficient and quick with fixing my laptop today! I had some issues with the touchpad but he completely fixed it in about 10 minutes and it now feels brand new! I will definitely be back if I have any other tech repairs as his customer service and knowledge was very good. He didn't 'scam' me like other stores and quoted a reasonable price that was relative to the repair.

I got sold this charger yesterday for £30 and told it would charge my phone twice. I was desperate to charge my phone and made a mistake of telling him this. He connected it to my phone and told me it’ll be enough. The charger was on around 70% and charged my phone to around 18%. This charger is probably not worth more than £5 and I’m so disappointed and disgusted at how opportunist this person is. He didn’t haven’t prices on the products and I just trusted him! I’m not from London and couldn’t find the shop to return the charger or inform him of the crap he’d sold me. I ended up not being able to use my phone and after spending £30 on this portable charger I didn’t want to go and buy another one. I’m so angry and so disgusted and needed to share this so people would avoid this shop and not experience what I did yesterday. Absolutely Awful!

Reading the many positive reviews, I had a lot of hope for this place. But TLDR unresponsive, not transparent, over-charging and laboriously long. Communicating with them was like trying to get something back from your ex.

I came in because I had an issue with a really noisy fan that sounded like a jet engine. They reassured me that the laptop could be fixed next day and quoted a fan replacement for 150, raising from the initial 120! Stating that both fans would be replaced as if only one fan was replaced the other would not be 'able to catch up'. I paid before hand trusting the job would be done next day. I left it for a few days with no update or notification from them.

Texting them they replied that they needed my charger to test my laptop, but the issue was clearly not fixed by then. Left my laptop with them for one to two more weeks with no update on what they were doing! I had to message them asking for updates. To which they said they were waiting for parts to arrive next month. Unfortunately as a uni student I am not in a position to go without my laptop for a month or longer. I had to pester them and they apologised for the delay. However when I requested my laptop back until parts arrived, I noticed they had actually damaged my laptop; a protrusion near the touchpad. I reached out to them, as any respectable business would offer some compensation. But I was aired around 10 days until I had to message them around the expected delivery time of the parts.

I was finally able to replace my fan after urging for same day fix. At the end of the day, when I got my laptop back I noticed some missing screws from the bottom! Furthermore, they had only replaced ONE fan. I asked about the screws and they said when they found it they would message me? I walked out with my original issue fixed but with new issues of missing screws and a protrusion on the laptop casing. Obviously, there was no update about the screws. They never compensated me or was honest about the damage.

They had managed to drag it out for so long it was exhausting. I hope others do not get put in this situation I had. NEVER PAY UP-FRONT! GET IN WRITING AND QUANTIFY THE NUMBER OF PARTS TO BE REPLACED! AND DONT GET REPAIRS DONE HERE. I am aware they say reviews are fake so I left my correspondence with them. This could have been avoided if they just communicated properly instead of constantly needing to reach out for updates.

The best thing in this shop is they are very professional and they know exactly what they are doing , they fixed samsung phone for me within 20 minutes and all other big brands told me minimum 3 days repair time. 10 stars for Muhammad.

Excellent, fast and professional repair job. Needed a new display for my iPhone 13, he gave me an original apple display for a fantastic price, and fitted a temporary display while I waited for the original to be delivered. Great service overall, highly recommend, much better and cheaper than getting a repair at the Apple store.
