Seems like my experience of CPC differs to others’ views. CPC fixed the problem on my BMW, but caused another in the process, and failed to accept they had done it. I was recommended this place, and it was easy to get hold of them at first (the owner, Phil, as it turned out). A friend told me to ‘watch out; they are awful at customer care and communications’. I found this to be 100% accurate; left VM after VM, with no callback. Nice enough when you can get hold of them, and their work was ok, but when it came to fixing the problem they caused (sunroof ‘curtain’ derailed), they completely denied they had done it, even though the original problem was… a leaking sunroof. They denied they had even opened it, let alone were responsible for the curtain coming off its rails. Was promised ‘an apprentice to take a look at it’ but that never happened. The sunroof remains unfixed, as I haven’t got the spare time to try to get someone to even answer the phone. Not recommended.

Been going to CPC for around 2 years now and I wish I’d taken my BMWs there sooner! Just Can’t beat the service and totally worth the price, Phil’s lads are amazing; bought my 123d back to life for me and have looked after me since; especially Mike many thanks to him for the brilliant service and help recently, don’t take your bmw anywhere else cause no where will beat this bmw specialists, good honest outgoing Mechanics who look after there customers! I visited yesterday to get a diagnostic for potential DPF issues with my Mercedes a220d and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know! Especially if you have a performance M Vehicle BMW, the team here are all so friendly and so knowledgeable, during my visit Michael went above and beyond the call of duty and ensured that I knew exactly what they were doing to my car and what the best course of action was for me. Great work lads keep it up!

I recently had a full service and brake pads and discs replaced on my 440i at CPC Performance Engineering. Phil was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked everything on my car and provided excellent advice. I highly recommend them for any BMW repairs or services.

I was recommended to CPC by a colleague and I was certainly not disappointed. My 430D needed an oil and pollen filter change and the team did quick and clean job of it. Michael was my main contact and the service/advice was outstanding. I would highly recommend CPC for an honest opinion over main dealer any day of the week!

I broke down with my M5 E60 V10 . No gears , stuck in neutral .
They replaced a worn out clutch mechanism and other parts too.
Great service , good communication, great work .
They are passionate about what they do and especially working on BMW's , M cars in particular .
They are very knowledgeable. I will go back in the future !!!

Really friendly and professional staff! Did a rocker cover change once and got it done the same day so very fast service as well. Came for a small diagnosis and didn't even charge me eventhough they cleaned the area which had some residue oil. Very generous of them. Totally recommend as they know their stuff💯
