Delighted to be able to get an engineer at short notice. Mike arrived early and was extremely efficient. Completed the removal of an old hob without fuss. Left the room as he found it (minus the hob!). Made sure our gas supply was safe before leaving. Will definitely be using again.

Requested a boiler service -friendly & professional engineer arrived as scheduled. During the process a new part was required, and he showed us the difference between the broken part and a new one, so we were clear it was needed. The office called later that day to book a follow up appt to fit the new part - impressed this was within 36 hours.
