After calling a few places to get my HP laptop screen fixed, I ended up at Crossnet on Friday afternoon. Kaiser went above and beyond to get it fixed by Sunday as I needed it back by Monday. Called when he said he’d call, got it fixed in time and then sent a text message to let me know it was ready for collection.

I then had to ask him to add the next day delivery charge as he wasn’t going to charge me and pay it out of his own pocket. Price was better than the other places I called and service was as good as I’ve experienced.

Avoid this repair shop: unprofessional, costly and rude. They do not care about customers, they just want to maximize their benefit. They do not want to repair, they want to fit new parts and they would justify removing a worn out screw for 20 quids by: “this is a business place”. Outrageous.
If you are nearby, I would rather recommend the shop across the street.

the owner is fabricating a story by the reply below. This is not exactly what happened. And the reply attests to their unprofessionalism.

I was reapplying thermal paste to my processors. I came across a worn out screw that I needed help removing. I also came with another main request related to a broken screen hinge I needed to repair. He dismissed me, started shouting, said he would remove the screw for 20 pounds and that my hinge cannot be repaired and I would need to replace the whole bottom case cover. The other shop was able to fix it on the same day. They also removed the screw in a second and gave me new replacement screws for no charge.
This demonstrates the mindset and unprofessionalism at Crossnet. Not passive aggressive, outright aggressive. He can decide not to assist me according to his claim below without being disrespectful and demanding deceitful prices.

Excellent and quality service with warm, very friendly customer service in this Cross net IT Solutions. Took my lap top which had no power in it to the shop. It was complete dead and I panicked especially with my very important data and files in it. This store with her staff and owner rallied round and fixed my laptop working again much better, faster and like a new life been put in it. And the charges were cheap compared to other repair shops that tried it and were simply quoting a lot of money and parts that would have been better to buy a new one.

On another occasion, I took my faulty iPhone 5 which had a problem with the display. They got fixed and working normal without losing any of my files or data.
I recommend this shop to anyone in and around Islinghton, North London and all over. Excellent, quality services without delays is what you get.
