I have used CSMicros on a couple of occasions and found them very helpful. They explain very clearly any issues they find and managed to repair a printer that people told me was not worth saving. They are also very friendly and polite and make the costs clear at the start.

Took my laptop in for a diagnosis. Was quoted 3-5 working days. Heard nothing off them for 2 weeks!! Had to call the shop multiple times for updates. Was just continually told "we're working on it". I can understand if the diagnosis is going to take longer than expected but at least keep the customer updated? Absolutely zero communication from this place. After 3 full weeks I'd had enough, called them to say I was coming in to get my laptop and I wanted a full refund that day then all of a sudden they diagnosed it and said I'd need to pay more for repair. Funny how quickly they diagnosed it when I was asking for a refund. PLEASE avoid this place! They will waste your time and money

Have always received great service coupled with help and an explanation of the repair to my computer. I am not very techno- minded and the staff seem to have time to deal with me. Took our PC into the store because it isn't turning on properly. Man behind the till was incredibly rude and unhelpful, didn't seem to know what he was on about as he told us it'd take £50 and 7 BUSINESS DAYS to fix the computer which wasn't even going to be a guaranteed fix according to him. As an actual I.T Technician, a fix like this should NOT take longer than a few hours let alone BUSINESS DAYS. To charge £50 for "a look" that isn't even guaranteed to fix the computer is ridiculous and an outright scam. Would never recommend you take anything here. Unprofessional, rude and unable to help you in the slightest.

Sudden loss of charging capacity with my mobile. Curry's could not fix it and recommended CSMICROS. Sam immediately identified the problem and resolved it in ten minutes.

Went in get to them have a look at my I pad. His opinion was it was basically past its sell by date, the operating memory was full. They spent time.e searching for deals on a suitable replacement at argos. When I asked how much I owed them . No charge, good old fashioned service they were informed, helpful and generous with their time. Thank you very much.

I just had them repair a SAS connector on my Server's LTO tape backup. The work and advice they provided was second to none! The repair work was outstanding, at a price that was hard to beat. If you have a computer problem, I would STRONGLY advise you to talk to them. They will give you great service, on time and affordable too!

I have just collected my laptop today, CS micros gave me honest feedback too what the problem was with my machine. They explained that they could not fully fix all the problems due to the the machine has non upgrade able ram and storage. They agreed with me that the machine was not worth repairing.
I have previously used this company when my desktop computer went wrong, once again the advice was honest and well explained. I decided to buy a new computer tower, which they built for my needs. It has turned out to be the fastest machine I have used. I am delighted with it and their helpfulness and the way they delt with my problems.
