This was the first time I took my car here for MOT and service. I was very impressed with the overall experience.
The booking process was straightforward and had good availability.

From the time I brought my car in to when it was dropped off to me, the team were really professional and efficient throughout.

Everything was explained clearly and I was kept well-informed of any updates. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond - highly recommend!

I have been going to CW Vehicle for several years for everything I needed, from service and MOT to major repairs and general routine maintenance. The service has been exceptional every time. Everyone is knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Would not go anywhere else

If I could give zero stars I would. My car had a full service on 20th January with a full report with a clean bill of health. 2 weeks later an electronic fault developed so I took it to these guys to diagnose. They diagnosed it and also told me about another mechanical fault, sending a video. I was surprised as my regular mechanic said nothing on his report. A hefty quote came along to go with the mechanical "fault" without surprise. I just paid for the diagnostics and picked up my car. If my car hadn't been fully serviced 2 weeks prior then I would have believed them and paid a big bill. No, I don't want to contact them and speak to them to sort the issue as there wasn't one there until they "made" it. Find yourself an honest garage is my advice, unless you want to pay a month's wages.

Highly rated garage .Good prices , excellent service and highly recommended. Had several issues with my Mazda and needed a new knock sensor fitted along with a transmission service , new oil gaskets , cv gator , ball joint , new set of spark plugs , oil flush and new oil. Henry sorted out all the issues and provided videos whilst thoroughly checking over my car and pointing out things that might have to be addressed in the near future. Very knowledgeable and keen to get all the issues sorted , I can't ever remember having better service from a garage. I will definitely be using C W again for all my future vehicle repairs. My car now drives so much smoother , just like new. Well done and thanks Henry.

I can recommend this garage with a clear conscience. Professional service. Very polite staff who know their job. MOT inspection recorded on camera which allows you to see your car in detail. Everything explained in a clear way. I hope I will not need to visit these gentlemen but if such a need arises due to a breakdown of my car this garage will definitely be the one I go to and ask for Henry. Highly recommend.

AVOID! Had my Air Con "fixed" here this spring. They identified my compressor was bust. So this was fixed. When collecting, ended up charging £700 in addition to my platinum warranty. But I decided to swallow my pride as I would be able to enjoy my air con working again. I tested it as I collected my car but as it was cold outside at the time, it was hard to tell if it was just external air or if the air con was working as I was told. Oh how wrong I was! A week later, when the weather first got to a point where air con could be useful, I decided to try it out, only to be met by lukewarm air coming out of the vent. I tried contacting them via email but had no reply!

Absolutely shameful!

Great guys ! They have taken care of my car the minute it came in and have been great with informative videos and helpful staff. My car was knocking and juddering prior coming to the garage but thanks to these guys my car feels great and I feel safe again now.

This garage should not be trusted at all . Called up for extended warranty and I was told that the wrong bulb was replaced hence why the headlight wiring was short circuited . So I paid them out my own pocket trusting them . I’ve only just recently checked
The same headlight and guess what I never used the wrong bulb and they’ve only gone and put the same bulb that they said was incorrect and guess what it’s wasn’t the wrong bulb . The staff is lazy and didn’t want to phone warranty bloke , if that was the case don’t lie and let people go to other garages.
SCAM SCAM SCAM GARAGE DON’T TRUST !
