After seeing all the positive comments, I can't understand why my experience was so different.
I was referred here from a friend to sort my laptop charging issue. Free diagnostic within 48 hours and was told it would be ready in a week. Cyber fix had my laptop for over a month... Didn't reply to any email communication and didn't call back when they said they would. After finally calling (again) was told I could collect laptop later that day which I did and paid the for the "repair".
Since having my laptop back the charging issue is still present. Callum mentioned there was a 6 month warranty on repairs so presumed this wouldn't be an issue. However Callum is now (still) not replying to emails or phone calls.

I can imagine sometimes repairs don't always go to plan and other jobs take longer etc which would delay other customer's jobs and completely accept this. What I find incredibly frustrating and rude is the complete lack of communication.

I took my granddaughters phone to have a new screen. Unfortunately it had locked itself out and Callum explained it needed to be backed up and reset. We were not sure how to do this so Callum said to leave it with him and he would do it for us. Excellent service and I have recommended him to my friends if they need any repairs.
