Really great local cycle shop. I bought a bike here in February 24. Tom gave great advice on which bike suited my needs. He helped get it set up correctly for me and helped me decide on pedal types, shoes etc. Always been a pleasure taking bikes for adjustments/ servicing in the past and my new bike took me round the 60 mile ride london course really efficiently and comfortably. Independent outlets are so good to buy from; you talk to the owner, they are fully dependant on their reputations and customer service. From a child's first bike, to serious club riders and electric assisted machines Cycleworx has everything you need for a lifetimes cycling. Excellent

Great service. Tom customised my bike for a tour I did in France last year. After a few tweaks I was on my way and had zero bike issues for the whole 300km trip. Tom had good suggestions and I was happy with the price. Didn’t feel ripped off.

I brought a bike in with a faulty free wheel for them to replace. After I collected it the wheel had a substantial wobble (that wasn't there before) I went back to query I was told he knew about the wobble and it was due to the poor quality of the bike. When I asked why he replaced a part knowing full well I won't work he replied "you only instructed us to replace the free wheel".
I believe this to be at best very poor customer service. All they had to do was call and say the bike wasn't worth fixing and I would have been happy to still pay for the labour. Instead I have been charged for a part I will never be able to use

Unbelievable service! Tom is great and really tries his hardest to please. We had bike-packing friends over from NZ who needed old bike boxes to fly their bikes onto their next destination, South Korea. Tom dropped two boxes off on his way home, along with a rebuilt wheel that I had just put in yesterday. Incredible!! Many thanks Tom.
