Friendly and reliable. I've used Dan for a number of jobs now. He's easy to get in touch with him and if he doesn't answer straight away, he will call you back.
We've discussed a couple of plans and quite often Dan will make some great suggestions that I'd not even considered.
To find a reliable plumber isn't easy, but Dan is reliable. I'm really pleased to be able to recommend him.

Dan and his team were recommended to us via a family friend who is in the building trade. From the first meeting, Dan was prompt and told us the truth - he said what we needed for our house rather than what we thought we needed or what others had tried to sell us. Of course, he was correct and the system that he has fitted is perfectly fit for purpose. We received Dan's quote in good time and he was realistic in terms of timescales, managing our expectations very well. He gave us plenty of notice of his arrival and what to expect. Again, he and his team arrived onsite ontime and got on with the job. The results are immaculate and we were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism with which they operated. We were given a full training session on the new equipment that was installed and he, and his team, even visited the next day to ensure all was working as it should. I would very much recommend Dan and D P Taylor Plumbing Services and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

Dan came to our rescue when our boiler leaked everywhere. Came the same day, ordered the part, fitted 2 days later. Can't fault the service at all. Will definitely be calling him again when we need a plumber!

Dan came around to amend system and service heating boiler, he did a great and clean job. Then an unconnected problem arose and Dan came out immediately. I can't recommend him enough.

Our central heating boiler stopped working during the cold spell
Called Dan and he turned out but needed parts to fix it.
Having got the parts he came back and replaced the parts with difficulty due to the sludge having blocked the valves..
First class service
