Having visited Your Newark shop today 09/11 we were greeted by Dan. He was extremely helpful and friendly and informative. He gave us excellent advice and we purchased an I phone 13. He changed over all my data into the new phone. It was an absolute pleasurable experience having Dan serve us. I just wished other sales assistants could have the same passion and enthusiasm. Superb service. iPhone 15 Pro Max died on a Saturday evening. I need the phone for work so needed fixed asap. They fixed it in 90 minutes on a Sunday and the total cost was £40. Amazing service. Would recommend without hesitation.

I'm working down here at the minute, my phone wasn't working properly in the afternoon... I used Google reviews to see where the best phone repair shop was in Redditch and I'm glad it took me to D-Phones! Sufyan was great and even stayed open at the shop a bit later until my phone was repaired! Great service and highly recommend!! 5*+ well done Sufyan, you're a credit to the business!

I came in for a screen protector for my iPhone, and Sufyan gave me a good price and was kind enough to put the screen protector on for me. This shop always up to the mark. Never let me down with services. knowledgable people. they know their job. I was refused from inside big shop but these guys helped me and saved my life. Definitly i will use them again.
